Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all Village Visionary Classes including Wonderbabies Massage and Wonderbabies Yoga & Workshops

Booking

The full amount is payable at the time of securing your place on the booking (via the website).
Booking forms and health questionnaire must be completed by the parent / carer attending the course / workshop with Waves & Wonder at the time of booking.
A separate form is required per child, if you have twins, please complete two forms so we can accoomodate your needs.
By booking a course, you hereby agree to our Terms & Conditions.
It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the consent form / details in the health questionnaire on a weekly basis.

During class

If you're running late, don't worry. We understand things don't always go to plan with a baby in tow. We just ask that you please be mindful of others in the class if you do arrive late. Do please try and let us know if this is the case.
Please have mobile phones on silent/vibrate and limit phone use and phone calls during class.
Please be aware that any information shared by members of the class should be treated as confidential and not shared beyond the group.

Photographs

You are welcome to take photographs of your baby during a baby massage or yoga class. You may only take photographs of yourself and your own child. Please be mindful of any others who may be in the background.
On booking, we gain your consent to use photographs and videos taken of you and your child on social media, website, and for advertising purpose. If you have declined consent, this will be respected.
If you take any photographs of your child and you are happy to have them shared to our social media and website, please share them with us via our social media @wavesandwonderwellbeingdoula (instagram), or Waves & Wonder Wellbeing (Facebook) or email them to us at info@waveswonderwellbeing.co.uk
We may ask to take photographs during class; this will be to use on social media, our website and any promotional work we create. Your baby will never be shown naked in the photo.

Refunds & class cancellations

In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel a class we will give you as much warning as possible via email or text message. Where possible we will endeavour to reschedule the class, or offer you a full refund.
If a class or one-off workshop needs to be rescheduled for 'Acts of God' i.e. snow or covid and the attendee is unable to attend the alternative date, no refund will be provided. If it is not possible to reschedule the session, a refund will be provided.
Refunds are at Waves & Wonder's discretion. No refunds are issued for missed classes.
If you are unable to attend your full booked course, I require ONE weeks notice. Refunds are given at my discretion.

Other

Your contact information and family details will not be shared with any third parties. We reserve the right to update fees and terms and conditions in the future.
Waves & Wonder and class venue owners cannot accept liability for items lost or stolen whilst on the premises. Please leave valuables at home.
Lost property will be kept for one week before being disposed of
It is not possible to book for a partial term.
There may be times when it might be unsafe for you to partake in a class in line with the booking health questionnaire, and full explanation will be given.
As classes take place on the floor, please wear comfortable clothing for this class.
